Age groups:
Cubbies - 4 years old through Kindergarten boys and girls.
Sparks - 1st and 2nd grade boys and girls.
Truth and Training - 3rd through 6thgrade boys.
Truth and Training - 3rd through 6thgrade girls.
Trek = 7th through 8thgrade boys and girls.
Starting Date:
First Wednesday following Labor Day, September 8, 2010
Check-in 6:00p.m. to 6:15p.m.
Club starts at 6:15 p.m.and runs to 8:00p.m.
Please note: We make every effort to have your children ready for you at 8:00p.m.;
Please be on time to pick them up.
Holidays and Days Off:
Wednesday before Thanksgiving (November 24th)
Wednesdays before Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve (December 22nd and 29th)
In the event of bad weather: If school is cancelled, AWANA is too. Any other cancellations will be done through phone calls. Any time you are unsure, please call

Dues:
$1.00 each night.
33 weeks x $1.00 = $33.00 for entire year. Season ends May 12, 2010.

Payment special:Pay $30.00 by the last week in October and child receives 3 weeks FREE and an AWANA fabric book bag FREE (a $7.00 value) or $10.00 AWANA/TREK bucks (if child already has a book bag).
Handbooks:
All handbooks $10.00 each.
Uniforms:
Cubbies vest - $10.00 (worn 2-3 years)
Sparks vest - $11.50 (worn 2 years)
Truth and Training T-Shirt - $13.50 (worn 4 years)
Trek T-shirts - $15.00
Book Bags:
$7.00 each (Book bag changes with age group as listed above.)
